  • Aptitude Test
  • HR Round
  • Interview with the team lead
  • Final round with the Vice President of  the company.

 

 Elaborate on the type of work in this kind of role?

To work closely with on- and off-shore (in US, Europe, etc.) consulting teams on  defined pieces of data analysis/analytics and conducting secondary market  research.

 

What all growth opportunities does this company provide? Are there any global exposures?

The company provides with the opportunity to move between the different business units. Yes, opportunities for global exposures are present depending on the project you are staffed on.

 

How’s the general working culture and interaction with senior level executives?

General working culture is dynamic as the majority of the workforce is pretty young. Interaction with senior management is decent.

 

Are there any activities/events apart from work to motivate employees?

Monthly birthday celebrations, social committee, community lunches on Fridays, music society, CSR initiatives, annual team outings etc are some of the activities/events aimed at motivating employees.

 

What are your future plans? Will you be working here, looking to switch or going for higher studies?

I do plan to continue working here and growing into the services business unit.
