What helped you sail through the hurdles and crack one of the  finest jobs?

Confidence and spontaneity.

How did you prepare for the placement season? What advice  would you give to your juniors regarding the placement  season?

I didn’t prepare much. Frankly it was a technical job. And my advice to  anyone preparing for any technical job would be to engage yourself into any projects. Companies just need an assurance that you can code . They don’t grade you like the teaching system. Make apps , websites , codes.

What’s the role of academics in getting a good placement after college?

I feel academics are useful to clear cut offs set by companies for placements. In a class of 66 people my rank would be between 45 – 50. I have bagged the second highest package in my class. Do I need to say more?

What all internships and projects you did while in college? How did you get them?

I did an internship with a start up . I strongly suggest not doing jugaadu internships. This is the time to wash your old sins.  Getting internships with startups are easy. They always look for fresh talent and they don’t have to pay you a penny. Startup jobs don’t pay. I also have a game on playstore and windows store.

Are you planning to do higher studies in near future?

Yes , I am aiming to pursue MS from United States.

Would you like to give any general advice to your juniors?

Do projects, stay confident and keep faith . All the best .
