Please tell us about your placement procedure at Grant Thornton (Short listing procedure, GDs, Interviews).
Aditi Goyal Grant Thorton Job Process Analyst Grant Thornton goes for 3 rounds for the Placement i.e GD , Technical Round , Partner level  Round .

After clearing the GD level I appeared for the technical level which was taken by an Associate  Director . It was all about the technicalities and many other things like interests , school life ,  Why opted this particular profession , current affairs and many more . This round lasted for 50  minutes  Then, I appeared for Partner level round which was all about our personal life , how  we are going to manage ourselves with studies articleship and our social life and many more .  This round lasted for 20 minutes .

 What helped you sail through the hurdles and crack one of the finest jobs?

Updated knowledge on current affairs , technical knowledge about the course , confidence , prompt answers . 

How did you prepare for the placement season? What advice would you give to your juniors regarding the placement season?

Nothing much just keep yourself updated on current affairs , deep knowledge about your profession , crystal clear concepts .         

What’s the role of academics in getting a good placement ?

Academically good scores helps you getting an interview call . Moreover , your scores are always questionable in an interview whether good or bad .

Are you planning to do higher studies in near future?

Yeah , for sure .

Knowledge , confidence , knowledge on current affairs .
