2. Worked for Jobs Hiring Process (Startup of my senior)
3. Intern at Cardekho (Referred by a friend)
4. Worked for Meetaround (Startup of my senior)

Also, I was very dedicated about my work at Enactus NSIT and the journey in the society gave me an amazing experience.

How did you prepare for the placement season? What advice would you give to your juniors regarding the placement season?

I did some case studies and guesstimates practice with my friend. I joint the CAT coaching institute so i need not to prepare for the Aptitude tests explicitly.

Advice:- Aptitude tests are easy. If anyone is not preparing for cat, s/he should not worry. Just practice some online tests to increase your speed. Regarding the case studies and guesstimates preparation, it will be better if one will do it in a group. Also, practice some basic HR questions.

What’s the role of academics in getting a good placement?

Academics play a major role in preliminary shortlisting. Try to maintain it above 70% for Tech companies and 65% for non tech companies.

Elaborate on the type of work in this kind of role?

As an Associate Trader, I will be part of a distinguished trade execution team, trading with Edelweiss’ proprietary funds globally on
the biggest derivatives exchanges.

What growth opportunities does this company provide? Is there any global exposure?

This is the best part about the company as the growth of an employee will solely depend on the performance of an individual. If somebody is doing good, s/he will get the profit.
Edelweiss is in 29 countries so one might get the global exposure.

Would you like to give any general advice to your juniors?

Use your 3 years of college wisely.Explore and learn as much as you can. Figure out your interest and pursue it.
